How this practice began
The short version of a long story, the coast, a few friends, and a slower way of working.
I moved to the Lowcountry because I needed the marsh and the tide to remind me how to breathe. What I didn’t know then was that this place would become the shape of my work.
Saltwater began as an offering to one friend, then two, then a quiet Tuesday full of neighbors. It was never a business plan. It was a way of paying attention.
I believe healing rarely arrives loudly. It comes through warm hands, a still room, and the willingness to sit with someone long enough that their body remembers it’s safe.
Every session I offer, massage, prenatal, reiki, restorative , is built on the same quiet promise. You are met exactly where you are. Nothing about you needs to be fixed.
